Gordon Ramsay: Sticky Lemon Chicken

Today my wife (kanchana) cooked following simple chicken recipe by the world famous cook Gordon Ramsay. Gordon Ramsay is very famous for his strong language in the kitchen but he is having a great personality. It is amazing how he convert bankrupt restaurants to profitable businesses within weeks in the reality TV program called "Kitchen Nightmares"



Following was our attempt :). Believe me it was very tasty.

DUBAI Transportation

DUBAI Transportation system is well structured, properly designed and carefully maintaining. They are applying the best practices using in the countries like USA, UK, Canada. DUBAI government have clearly identified the importance of trasportation for the development of a country.

I think Sri Lankan government should also consider the improtance of proper transportation systems for the development of the country. Businesses are highly depend on the transportation.
